Mixed - friendly and welcoming staff with knowledgeable employees; good for beginners with helpful guidance. However, some reports of unwelcoming regular clientele, particularly toward female players; some regulars create exclusionary atmosphere. Generally casual and inclusive staff-wise, but community needs improvement.
